Tom Kennedy has proven leadership experience and demonstrated success in for-profit, educational, and non-profit organizations. Tom boasts an excellent career progression with a  consistent track record of adding value and building competitive organizations.  His career extends from the training room to the C-Suite as a VP of HR. Tom has created specially designed answers to organizations based on critical talent management questions: 1] What are the critical challenges your organization will face in the future? 2] What do your leaders need to know, do, and believe differently to succeed in their industry in the future? And 3] How do we better prepare your leaders for success?

Tom’s areas of expertise include HR policy, organizational cultural change; developing high potential leaders; and creating an engaged workforce. Tom served as VP of HR for SunSource, Inc. as well as for National-Louis University.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science  and a Master of Arts in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
