Michelle is a seasoned Organizational Change, Learning and Human Resources professional committed to driving adoption of enterprise change and fostering organizational transformation. Michelle’s career of 20+ years spans across the Consumer Products, Automotive, Food, Healthcare and Metals industries and she implemented SAP in both North America and Europe. Michelle is recognized as a valued strategic partner, team leader and executive coach and for being a pragmatic, hands-on, delivery-oriented consultant.

Prior to exploring consulting, Michelle’s career included roles at Associated British Foods, Cummins, SC Johnson and Ryerson Steel. With her experience in these sectors, she brings solid business understanding. Because of her experience, Michelle understands that today’s companies require an employee base much different from the past. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University has accomplished post-graduate studies at Benedictine University and Loyola University. She is an executive coach and is certified in assessments such as the Leadership Versatility Index®, The Profilor, and in delivering Situational Leadership II® and credentialed to deliver DDI learning engagements.
