Josephine Coulter

Jo Coulter is a versatile member of Chatfield Global LLC's HR team. With more than 20 years of HR Generalist experience, she in an HR “jack of all trades,” who has created, installed, renewed, overseen or automated virtually every component of HR. She has proven ability to work with all levels of staff and leadership. Jo specializes in Comprehensive Benefit Administration, Full Cycle Recruiting, Wellness Programs, Talent & Performance Management, Employee Relations, Coaching & Mentoring, Employee Engagement , and Payroll & Compensation Management.

Before joining Chatfield Global LLC, Jo served in Senior HR Manager and HR Business Partner roles for companies in manufacturing, financial services software, and publishing. Her foundation in HR began in accounting where she handled accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and employee benefits. Jo enjoys the many challenges of HR, and likes “rolling up her sleeves” to support Chatfield clients when they need HR help on an interim basis or with special projects. She also helps our clients to train and onboard their new HR Managers.
