With nearly three decades of professional experience in talent management and broad-based HR as a Learning and Development Specialist, Ana focuses on career and performance coaching and organizational & culture change. Originally from Argentina, Ana coaches and facilitates learning and development programs with equal fluency in both Spanish and English. Ana acquired most of her HR experience at former employers American Hospital Supply Corporation and Baxter Healthcare Corporation, where she conducted needs assessments and leadership training programs for managers in the U.S., Central America, Caribbean, and South America.
As an HR Generalist, she oversaw delivery of a full complement of HR services, including onboarding programs, interviewing skills, 360-feedback. She navigated employee relations issues and was instrumental in creating and rolling out company-wide ethics and diversity programs to increase employee sensitivity to issues of culture and diversity. Ana completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, as well as a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) at Loyola University Chicago.
