Allen Roscoe

Allen Roscoe is an experienced learning and talent development consultant with nearly 30 years of professional experience in driving execution excellence through targeted learning and talent development solutions.  His broader HR background allows him to take clients through the entire talent lifecycle, what he refers to as “Find-Grow-Keep” (talent acquisition, talent development, talent management).   Working as a performance consultant within businesses, Allen helps drive operational excellence through leadership proficiency. He works equally well at the C-Suite level and with front-line individual contributors. 


Allen has worked across multiple industries, privately-held and publicly-traded, and across all functional areas within these small to Fortune 50 business.  A project Allen worked on was featured in the book The Four Disciplines of Executionby Chris McChesney. He was the keynote speaker at the TACK/TMI World Congress in Belgrade, Serbia, where his topic was Success Factors: Creating World Class, Lasting Partnerships Between Vendors and Clients. Allen has obtained his Master of Science in Communication from Illinois State University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Northern Illinois University.
