Jody Contreras spent a decade in Information Systems and Systems Analysis enabling clients in manufacturing and healthcare to maximize their investments in IT through software implementation, application development and business analytics, with specific experience in HR systems. Jody’s client relationship experience coupled with technical skills have translated well to helping Chatfield customers with their recruiting processes and online systems.
As the Client Services Director, Jody is our point-person for online assessments, applicant tracking system setup and user guidance, and employee survey administration.
Jody formerly implemented IT solutions for Fortune 500 clients using technologies like SAP and Microsoft. She supported full lifecycle project implementations from start to finish, from requirements-gathering to translating those into successful technical solutions. Jody also worked for Boeing as an HR Systems Analyst. Jody has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from The University of Illinois.
