Jenny Rose Novick

Jenny Rose Novick is a Change Management and Training Consultant at Chatfield Global LLC. Prior to joining the team, Jenny worked as a university educator and curriculum developer, an experience that provided her with the perfect background to facilitate organizational development solutions for Chatfield clients. Jenny’s areas of expertise include talent development, change management, marketing communications, and developing and delivering team-based training and facilitation. Her experience and strong skillset in networking, along with her positive mindset and engaging personality, allow her to excel in a client-centered environment and thrive with the Chatfield team.

Jenny graduated from Susquehanna University with a B.A. in Speech Communication and went on to receive her M.A. in Strategic Communication at George Mason University. In her free time, she enjoys perusing art museums, listening to audiobooks, and attending Washington Nationals baseball games.
