Holland Burton

Holland is a seasoned human resources and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience. Her background includes recruitment and placement for large government agencies, growth, development, talent management for small-to-medium-sized businesses, and leadership development and change management in various industries. She also has experience as a lobbyist and understands how to communicate stakeholder needs and negotiate for positive outcomes.

Holland received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. She is very active at her children's school serving as the PTO President for her third year. When not working, Holland spends her time with her husband and three children and enjoys reading and playing tennis.
