Carrie is a change management professional specializing in organization development and human resource strategies that drive performance. A collaborative professional who is results driven and brings years of experience aligning people, plans and processes to meet business objectives. Carrie has excellent project management and interpersonal skills, along with an extensive background in organization Design, leadership development performance management, strategic planning and team building.
Prior to joining the Chatfield Group, Carrie was the owner of a private Consulting firm, as well as experience in the Corporate Sector with AT&T. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Loyola University.
